Can I study part-time or online?2025-04-01T17:11:40+13:00

Some of our Level 3 courses offer part-time study options. Our Level 1 and Level 2 courses are only available for full-time study.

The only course which currently offers a combination of in-person and online learning is our Part-time Construction Trade Skills (Carpentry) Level 3. This is because the course was designed for people who are working full time who are only available on evenings and weekends.

Who can join the Ignition programme?2025-04-01T17:06:36+13:00

You must be 18 or older, of Pacific descent, a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident, and either unemployed, part-time employed, or looking for a career change.

 

Who should enrol in the Foundation Skills ‘Ake’ course?2025-04-01T17:05:13+13:00

This course helps you improve skills in reading, writing, math, and personal development, preparing you for further study or work. If you haven’t achieved NCEA Level 1 and are aged between 16-24, this course would be suitable for you.
