Get ready for a career in health & wellbeing

NZ Certificate Level 3 – 60 credits

This course develops an understanding of the contemporary health and wellbeing workplace.

You will explore the different roles, responsibilities in a variety of health and wellbeing services.

You will, with guidance, research a health and wellbeing issue and discuss the research with your peers.

It is relevant to entry-level employment and is linked to continuing educational and vocational training available in the health and wellbeing sector for learners who wish to establish a health and wellbeing career.

Duration and study options:

  • Full time study (20 weeks)
  • Part time study (40 weeks)

Credits: 60

Entry requirement:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • May be a school leaver
  • A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
